Who can receive family allowances?

Contrary to a widespread misconception, there is no limit to the income of beneficiaries for this aid . It concerns all households with 2 (or more) dependent children aged under 20. Apart from that, there is no maximum income pass allowing wealthy families to be excluded from the system.
