  • 3,285 euros net/month if you are a couple and have a child.
  • 3,285 euros net/month if you are a single woman with two children.
  • 3,941 euros net/month if you are in a relationship with two children.
  • 5,255 euros net/month if you are in a relationship with three children.

At this income condition another condition is added for receive this fuel aid which aims to facilitate commuting . Of course, you will also need to have a job. This new indemnity will allow you to recover 10 euro cents per liter consumed . You will have to travel an average of 12,000 kilometers per year for this.

Fuel: how and when to request?

If you are eligible for this new fuel assistance and you want to request it , you must provide 4 documents. Here they are :

  • Your tax number
  • Your license plate number
  • Your registration number and
  • A sworn statement that you should fill in to indicate that you are using your car well to go to work.

You must also fill in your bank details for the payment which will be made directly on your bank card. And this, without any further action to take. You will need to make your request before February 28, 2023.

Yes you cannot access the online service e, you can call the national phone number available to you . Thereby, you can submit your request . It should be noted that the government has dedicated an envelope of one billion euros to this fuel allowance .

Other terms

  • You must settle in mainland France, Mayotte, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique or Réunion.
  • You must live in France for tax purposes for the year 2021.
  • You must be at least 16 years old on December 31, 2021.
  • You must have declared, activity income for 2021 income .
  • You must belong to a tax household whose income meets the resource conditions set by the decree. For this, the RFR per share of your tax household for 2021 income must be less than or equal to 14,700 euros.
  • You should not be liable for real estate wealth tax for the year 2021.
  • You must use a vehicle for professional purposes regularly insured . This includes commuting. This vehicle can be thermal or electric, with 2, 3, or 4 wheels.

To note : a single indemnity for a plaintiff . The same vehicle cannot be the subject of several indemnity payments. On the other hand, the same tax household will be able to benefit from as much aid as it includes assets using different vehicles .

In an eligible household with four cars and three assets, for example, there could be three helpers (but not four). In a household with one car and two working people, there might be one helper (but not two) .
