Once this study is completed, scientists were able to obtain conclusive results . Moreover, these were published on August 8 by the journal JAMA Internal Medicine .
According to these results , the most effective for weight loss, rest of not eating for several hours at a time . More precisely during a period of 12 hours or more. In other words, eat from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
During the experience , the scientists were able to see that the fat loss was not significant. Despite this, they saw that the treatment had a great effect on weight loss. In fact, treatment with early feeding with time restriction was very effective in tests for weight loss. By following this method, they lost 6.3 kilos . Whereas with food not subject to limitation , they lost 4 kilos.
Apparently, the tested managed to lose weight because of their diastolic blood pressure which has improved. Which means that the participants who fed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. responded well. Thus, their relaxation phase of the heart which is essential for weight loss was more performing than the others.
